Independent Captive Management Malta Ltd is an enrolled insurance manager under the Insurance Distribution Act (Cap 487) of the Laws of Malta to carry on business of insurance management and is licensed and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority.  

ICMS shall abide by the laws of Luxembourg and Malta depending on the territory in question.
